Jinora doesn't look alarmed at all as Lloyd gestures at vines; in fact, she's actually smiling at them. She's starting to get so used to them that it's hard for her to picture the city without them. Clearly they were new for him, though, so she does her best to explain.

"They're spirit vines. With the spirit portals open the spirits have been trying to find places to live, so they brought the wilds with them." Her smile fades a little- what if they were covering his apartment, or something?

"Have you not been here for a while?" She questions, hoping he hadn't just come back from an extended vacation to find his house taken over by vines and spirits.
