Bolin just happens to be hanging around the pier heading up to Varrick's yacht. He's pacing a little bit back and forth, more than a little antsy since Varrick is currently in the middle of some business meeting that's going far over time.

As he spins about, turning back to the land, he happens to look up and notice a familiar face around... especially one that he hasn't seen in a while. "Zhu Li?" Bolin asks with a bit of surprise. But then it eventually broadens. "Zhu Li! Oh man, Varrick has been missing you like crazy!"
