[He lowers his stance and then raises an arm, and an earthen disc rises up in the air. He punches forward to throw the disc, but that's not what actually happens. Instead, the disc remains in place for a few precarious seconds while instead the metal dummy at the other end of the room gets pushed backward all on its own.
[And then the disc just falls back on the pile, splitting in half when it hits.
