Aang is normally asleep at this hour; but he's startled awake by the rumbling in the earth. He hops to his feet, just feeling a little pain at realizing his bending is still gone, and afterwards he spends about half an hour checking around the temple to make sure that everyone's okay.

But then, it almost feels like something is drawing him outside. He looks into the red ball of energy as if in a trance. He wonders what it could be or what it could mean.

It's only a matter of time until he sees what happens when he touches it.
